Information for Speakers and Poster Presentations
Speakers
Speakers should copy their presentation to the meeting network using the computer in the "speaker's lounge" no later than 30 min before the respective scheduled session. If a speaker needs to use their own computer (special files etc.) they must inform the technical staff in the main auditorium no later than 1 hour before the start of the session.
Posters
- Posters with odd numbers should be mounted on June 11, 2008 between 13:00-16:00 and removed on June 12 after 18:00.
- Presenters with odd poster number are requested to be available to discuss the presentation on June 12, 2008 from 16:00-18:00.
- Posters with even numbers should be mounted on June 13, 2008 before 09:00 and removed on June 14 16:00-18:00.
- Presenters with even poster number are requested to be available to discuss the presentation on June 13, 2008 from 16:00-18:00.
All poster’s designated poster number will be sent by e-mail to presenters before the meeting starts, and will also be listed in the registration package.
Please note that the size of the poster boards will be 70x100 cm (70 cm wide, 100 cm height)
